Shay Park, Saratoga Springs, Utah

Project Description

 

Working with landscape architecture firm, Landmark Design in Salt Lake City, Utah, I designed two interpretive exhibits for Shay Park in Saratoga Springs, Utah. The exhibits highlight the history of the Salt Lake & Mercur Railroad, which passed through Shay Park, the history of the mining town of Mercur, now a ghost town, and the Shay locomotive, for which the park is named.
